Our Journey
Founded in May 2008 by Ray and Lisa Pyle, CPI began with a vision to offer unparalleled property management services. In 2015, we rebranded to encompass a broader spectrum of services, including Residential & Commercial Property Management, Maintenance, CPI Electric, and CPI Construction. This evolution reflects our dedication to meeting the diverse needs of our community.
